These works are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without explicit written consent from Chaya Art is strictly prohibited.

Content Restrictions

By accessing this Private Viewing Room, you agree to the following restrictions:

3D Viewer & Interactive Content

The interactive 3D sculpture viewer and all accompanying content are provided exclusively for your personal exploration and evaluation. The models, renderings, and material simulations represent proprietary digital assets and may not be extracted, downloaded, or repurposed.

Confidentiality

The existence of this Private Viewing Room and all materials within it are confidential. Access has been granted exclusively to you on a selective basis. You agree not to disclose the existence of this archive or invite unauthorized parties to access it.

Enforcement & Remedies

Violations of these terms may result in:

• Immediate revocation of your access privileges
• Legal action to protect intellectual property rights
• Pursuit of damages for unauthorized use or distribution
• Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement
